so, this month is going by quickly. let's see...
...i went to jeju-do with a whole bunch of my relatives in order to celebrate my grandmother's upcoming birthday. while it was nice to spend time with the family, i only have vague memories from that trip since there were six little cousins and very little sleep that sort of wiped all else out. still, there was one afternoon i hid and spent some quality time on the beach and stared at the ocean. i need me some more of that...expect more sandy adventures for me in the future. i'll try to get some pics in here again soon...
...i'm still working too much, but i'm hoping to find another part-time job (that pays well) soon and quit the cafe. that would be good.
on a lighter note, i had a date last night. it wasn't supposed to be a date, but it turned out that way. marie was there and witnessed the entire spectacle. actually, she was a bigger part of it. there is drawn evidence. and unfortunately for him, he's much too young for me to consider additional dateage. but i like making new friends!
it's been a nice day today. i've been alone and reading and doing lots of quality nothing. later i plan to treat myself to some good food and vino. mmm...
tomorrow it's back to the more-unpleasant-than-usual grind. life has certainly been fairly unpredictable...keeps things interesting, eh? ^.^
